This page describes how RepuElite ("we", "us") handles information you provide when you use the service.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email), vendor and location data you enter, and review-event metadata (scan timestamps, hashed IP, device type, ratings, redirect platform). We do not store full review text submitted to third-party platforms.
2. How we use it
To operate the service, generate analytics for your dashboard, send transactional emails, and detect abuse. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and database, and payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) for billing. Each receives only the minimum data required.
4. Customer feedback
Private feedback submitted via your QR code is visible only to your vendor team. Public reviews are written by customers on third-party platforms and governed by those platforms' policies.
5. Retention & deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We delete vendor data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is legally required.
