By using RepuElite you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable use
You must not use RepuElite to incentivize, fabricate, or manipulate reviews on third-party platforms in violation of those platforms' policies. You are responsible for the reviews customers post via your QR code.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and the accuracy of vendor information you provide.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (locations, AI generations) are enforced in-app. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
